suspended-licenseA Hamlet man was arrested Thursday evening for Driving While Suspended.

Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer stopped a vehicle on Oak Drive south of PIDCO Drive about 9:30 for a equipment violation.  The driver, 29 year old Earl A. Robertson was found to be operating a vehicle on a suspended license with a prior charge.

Robertson was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond with a court date of November 1st in Marshall Superior Court II.
