On Wednesday, February 3rd, Plymouth Police Officer Ben McIntire went to 612 Rex Street about 4:45 in the afternoon and located 45 year old Michael Heims of Plymouth. Mr. Heims has an active warrant for his arrest for Contempt of Court. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
