22 year old Moises Ruiz Hernandez of Ft. Myers Florida was arrested last Wednesday by Plymouth Police Officer Ben McIntyre following a traffic stop at Oak and Markley Drives.
Just after 8 Wednesday evening Officer McIntyre stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. During the investigation it was found that Hernandez had never received a driver’s license. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail.
