Marshall County Police were dispatched Sunday, May 15th to 7th and Linden Road for a single vehicle crash about 2:43 in the morning.
The crash was a 2005 Ford passenger vehicle into a tree. During the investigation, the driver 47 year old Susan R Nemec of Highland, IN was found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle with a BAC of .15% or more and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
