public intoxThursday evening just before eight Plymouth Police were called to Quick Clean Laundry at 821 West Jefferson Street for a male subject who appeared to be passed out in a vehicle.

56 year old Richard Hopkins of 717 West Jefferson Street was arrested for Public Intoxication.  He was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $500 cash bond and given a January 10th 2017 initial hearing in Marshall Superior Court II.
