On Monday, March 14th, at approximately 5:30 in the morning, Patrolman Wozniak conducted a traffic stop on a 1999 Chevrolet pickup truck on US 31 near 14th Road. The driver of the vehicle, 27 Armando Flores-Carmona of Indianapolis was found to be operating a vehicle without ever receiving a driver`s license. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
