No injuries were reported in a single vehicle crash Saturday evening about 9:30 although the suspected driver, 49 year old Dustin Gregory Sauer was arrested.
Marshall County Police, Plymouth Fire and EMS were dispatched to 16800 12th Road for a vehicle into a utility pole.
County Officer Les McFarland investigated the crash and determined Sauer to the driving while intoxicated.
Dustin Sauer was transported to the Marshall County Jail and is facing charges of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated that Endangered a Person.
