ShopliftingAn Akron man was arrested after he stole two bottles of alcohol from Martin’s Supermarket on Jefferson Street in Plymouth Monday evening.

24 year old Oscar Jimeniz of Akron was arrested at 7:30 Monday evening by Plymouth Assistant Police Chief Mark Owen.  It is alleged that he took 2 bottles of alcohol from the store.

Jimeniz was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Theft and Resisting Law Enforcement and held on a $1,505 cash bond.
