Marshall County Sheriff Matt Hassel released the June Jail Activity Report.
Operating While Intoxicated is at the top of the list of reasons while people were booked into the jail. Failure to Appear was number two followed by Marijuana, Driving While Suspended and Operator Never Licensed. Rounding out the top ten offenses for June was Illegal Consumption is number 6 while Probation Violations was 7th, Dealing Cocaine/Meth is 8th, Domestic Battery was 9th and Possession of Cocaine/Meth 10th.
There were 176 jail bookings for June and the average daily jail population was 132.
County officers took 108 case reports, issued 200 citations, investigated 41 property damage accidents and 10 personal injury accidents.
