ArrestedSunday morning about 1:15 Plymouth Police were dispatched to the area of West Harrison and Flora Streets for a vehicle hitting a cable box and leaving the scene of the accident.  Witnesses described the vehicle as a burgundy Jeep.

Plymouth Officer Ryan Richey located a vehicle matching the description in the trailer park at 900 West Harrison Street.  As the officer attempted to stop the Jeep a short pursuit began but ended in the trailer park.

During the investigation Office Richey determined that the driver, 24 year old Matthew Keyser of Plymouth was found to be Operating While Intoxicated.  He was transported to the Plymouth Hospital for a certified chemical test and clearance before being lodged in the Marshall County Jail.

Matthew Keyser was arrested for OWI, Resisting Law Enforcement and Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident.
