On Friday June 10, at approximately 11:45 in the evening Samantha Clemons of Knox was arrested by County Police following a traffic stop at US 30 and Oak Road. The traffic stop was for a moving violation.
25 year old Samantha Clemons was lodged in the county jail for Possession of a Syringe, Possession of Paraphernalia, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a person, and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Controlled Substance.
Clemons was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
