Plymouth traveled to the Hawks Nest in Goshen Thursday night for a hard fought NLC victory 29-16.  The young Pilgrims kept their record clean, advancing to a 6-0.

Traveling with a short squad of 6, Plymouth had to overcome leading scorer Emily Lafree fouling out in the early 4th quarter, and playing without two teammates on JV assignments.

Plymouth ran out early offensively, posting a 20-3 halftime lead.  Credit to the Red Hawks, as they pressured the undermanned Plymouth squad in the second half, and outscoring the Pilgrims 9-13.

Erin Renneker lead all scorers with 13.  Lafree and Olive Stanton chipped in 5 each.  Abby Lee with 4, and Audie Plothow finishing with 2 points. Hannah Talaga had to play extended minutes, providing a much needed spark on the defensive side of the ball.

Plymouth will host Logansport on 12/5,  then travel to arch NLC Rival Warsaw on 12/8.
