54 year old Todd Landry of Bremen was arrested Saturday evening by Bremen Police.
Landry was stopped in the 200 block of West Sherman Street by Bremen Officer Trent Stouder. It was determined he was Operating While Intoxicated with a prior charge and a BAC of .08 or more and Operating While Intoxicated on a Controlled Substance.
Landry was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $1,505 cash bond and released Sunday at 10:45 after posting bond. He is scheduled to appear in Marshall Superior Court II on March 29th.
The charges and information supplies are merely an allegation that a crime has been committed; all subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
