The Lincoln Lady Storm 7th A team defeated Bremen last night 29-16. It was fundamentally the best game of the season. The girls were calm and controlled and found the easy shots. Because of patience on offense, the points were spread out very evenly. Mackenzie DeJarnentt led the way with 7 points and Tallulah Gault and Olivia Horvath tallied 6. Tallulah, Olivia and Miranda German also had 4 rebounds a piece. The girls are traveling to Valpo for a tournament at Thomas Jefferson Saturday morning.
The 7th B team fell to Bremen Thursday night 10-16. Mia Wojcik’s 6 points led the scoring game, Gabby Garza and Jenna Abberger added 2 each. We’ve got a few things on the list to work on and lots of time to build our skills before the February 18th game against LaPorte Kesling.
