The Lincoln Junior High wrestling team won the Joe Patacisil Middle School Wrestling Tournament on Saturday in Logansport. The boys had 9 individual champions in 21 available weight classes and 7 runners up. Taking 1st place in their weight class were Dominic Smith at 75lbs, Zach Masterson at 90lbs, Jonathan Dowell at 110lbs, Diego Martinez at 125 lbs, Graham Calhoun at 135 lbs, Blake Davis at 145lbs, Donny Poczik at 155 lbs, Kendal Himes at 210 lbs, and Matt Sharp at Heavyweight. The teams next competition will be thiscoming Thursday when they take on Triton and Bremen middle schools.
