AllieDennie_USTA2016_1aOn Saturday, February 6 at Memorial Hall in Lebanon, two local twirlers earned twirling titles.  Plymouth High School Junior, Alicia Dennie was crowned the 2016 Sr. Miss Twirler of Indiana and LaVille 7th grader Brooke Singleton was named 2016 Jr. Miss Royalty.

Alicia has been a competitive twirler for seven years, competing at 5 National competitions and competing most recently as part of Team USA in Canada.  She is traveling to Orlando, Florida to compete in Twirl Mania at Disney February 11-15.   Alicia can be seen at every home PHS boys basketball game twirling to the fight song.
Brooke is the daughter of Chad and Linda Singleton and has been a competitive twirler for 3 years.  She was the Indiana State Intermediate Solo winner last year for her age group.
AllieDennie_USTA2016_1Alicia and Brooke both started twirling with Daphne’s Dolls and both have had Brenda Minnich from Geneva, Indiana as a coach.  Alicia is now coached by Kyle Keiser from Kalamazoo, Michigan.
