Marshall County Coroner Bill Cleavenger has released the name of the teen killed in a single vehicle fiery crash Tuesday night on US 6 just east of Quince Road.
17 year old Christina Moren of Walkerton was traveling west on US 6 about 8:30 last night at a high rate of speed in her car when it off the south side of the road, hit a tree and burst into flames.
Deputy Coroner Tim Pletcher said Moren had to be cut from the wreckage and died upon impact. There were no other passengers in the vehicle.
The Marshall County Coroner’s office along with Marshall County Police continue to investigate this accident. They were helped on the scene by Polk Township Fire Department.
