A shooting in Rochester Saturday night sent one man to the hospital.
Officers responded to an apartment in the 1500 block of Madison Street just before 9 p.m.
They found the man living there, Philip Snook, Jr., with a gunshot wound.
Officers say 20-year-old Layne Marks got into an argument with Snook and shot him.
Snook was air-lifted to a Fort Wayne hospital with injuries that weren’t life-threatening.
Marks was booked into the Fulton County Jail on a charge of criminal recklessness while armed with a deadly weapon, a felony.
