MugShot_Freck, WilliamSunday morning about 3:30 Plymouth Police officers were dispatched to Red D Mart at the corner of Michigan and Jefferson Streets in reference to an intoxicated male subject that had passed-out on the attendant’s counter.

The attendant made several attempts to wake the male subject, but was unsuccessful. The male subject was passed out standing up with his head on the attendant’s counter for approximately 30 minutes.

Plymouth officers arrived, woke up the male subject identified as 27 year old William Freck of Plymouth. He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $505 cash bond.
