Two Marshall County men were arrested on Tuesday for Counterfeiting.
Bremen Police Officer Matt Schnaible served a warrant at 117 West 4th Street in Bremen about 2:50 Tuesday afternoon. 28 year old Nathan Garner was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Counterfeiting.
A few minutes later Bourbon Police Officer Rick Kanarr served a warrant at 106 East Sunset on 44 year old Clint R. Beldon. The warrant was for Counterfeiting a level 6 felony. Beldon was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail by Bremen officers. He was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
Neither police agency elaborated on the charges.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation. Every defendant is presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty.
