Monday morning about 5 a deputy with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department stopped a 2003 Chevrolet pickup truck in the area of US 30 and Gumwood Road. The driver, 47 year old Gene A. McNeal JR of Etna Green was found to be Operating a Vehicle after Adjudged a Habitual Traffic Offender. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
