MugSHot_Sydney LivengoodOn Thursday, March 10, at approximately 8:30 in the evening Officer Les McFarland with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was southbound on Michigan Road when he observed a vehicle traveling northbound without a license plate on the vehicle.

A traffic stop ensued and Marshall County K9 Arras assisted and alerted to the presence of narcotics. A substance believed to be heroin was recovered from the female driver, 21 year old Sydney N. Livengood of Mentone.

Livengood was transported to the St. Joe. Hospital in Plymouth for a chemical test and arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated on a Controlled Substance and Possession of Heroin.
