About 12:30 Sunday morning Plymouth Police were dispatched to 214 North 4th Street for an unwanted subject who was attempting to gain entry into the residence through a window.
City Officer Tim Taberski found 25 year old Dillion Kolivas at the front window of the residence. Officers determined Kolivas had opened a window and attempted to enter the house.
The police report states that the incident was a continuation from a road rage incident about a half hour earlier.
Dillion Kolivas was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Residential Entry and held on a $3,000 cash bond.
