On Saturday, February 6th, at approximately 10:10 PM, an officer with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop on a gray 2008 Pontiac passenger vehicle on US 31 near Veterans Parkway. The driver and only occupant of the vehicle, 38 year old Jeremy Miller of Edwardsburg, MI, was found to be in possession of marijuana and a schedule IV controlled substance. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
