A traffic stop on US 31 Friday night landed a Mishawaka man in the Marshall County Jail.
Jut after 10 Officer Jordan Rans responded to a complaint of a possible impaired driver traveling south on US 31.
After locating the suspect vehicle and observing traffic violations observed he conducted a traffic stop. During the investigation it was determined that 44 year old Shannon J. Lynch was Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a Prior Conviction and he was Driving While Suspended.
Mr. Lynch was booked into the County Jail for the charges and issued a Superior Court II date of July 26. His cash bond was set at $1,500.00.
