Marshall County Police arrested a Mishawaka teen Saturday January 16.
At 11:34 p.m. Officer Brandon Cooper arrested 18 year old Raul Rodriguez for Possession of Marijuana following a traffic stop on Oakhill Avenue near Chester Street.
