Wednesday afternoon the Marshall County Probation Office notified the Plymouth Police Department of a female subject who they have in their office who had violated the terms of her probation.
Patrolman Bob DeLee arrived and arrested 20 year old Jessica Montez of Plymouth and lodged her at the Marshall County jail on a Motion to Revoke Probation.
Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
