Indecent-ExposureSaturday morning about 11:50, Plymouth Police Officer Steve DeLee was responding to a report of indecent exposure in the city parking lot. As he approached the area the suspect lifted her shirt and then tried to walk away.

Officer DeLee made contact with 24 year old Stephanie Nifong of Jarrah Road in Plymouth at the intersection of Michigan and Washington Streets

Nifong was intoxicated and resisted arrest.  While trying to place her in a squad car she kicked a city officer in the leg.

Stephanie Nifong was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Battery, Public Intoxication and Public Nudity and held on a $750 cash bond.
