Police HandcuffsOn Wednesday, August 31 Plymouth Police Officer Ben McIntyre pulled over 39 year old Ian Marshall of North Liberty for a traffic violation. During the investigation the officer found that Marshall had his driving privileges suspended for a prior Infraction.  Marshall had a Learner’s Permit that expired in 1995, and had never been issued a driver’s license.  Marshall was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail.
