On Thursday May 26, at approximately 1:30 a.m. 21 year old Jose Diaz-Vera of North Manchester was lodged in the Marshall County Jail following a traffic stop on US 30 near Queen Road.
The traffic stop was for a speed violation. Mr. Diaz-Vera was charged with Operating a Vehicle Without Ever Receiving a License.
