Oliver Ford 2015 President's AwardHow fitting that, as March Madness fever builds, Oliver Ford Lincoln in Plymouth is experiencing their own “Sweet 16”!  Oliver Ford Lincoln received notice this week that they have earned their 16th President’s Award for customer satisfaction from Ford Motor Company.

According to Mark LaNeve, Vice President of US Marketing, Sales & Service at Ford, “The President’s Award is only presented to those top-performing Ford Dealership that exhibit quality business practices and Ford’s core principles.  Dealerships nationwide compete for this honor, but only 10% of all dealership achieved the 2015 President’s Award.”

Matthew VanDuke, Director of global Lincoln, “It is Oliver Ford Lincoln’s commitment and determination in reaching or exceeding sales goals, while scoring higher in customer satisfaction, that positioned them among this distinguished group.”
