MugShot_Zachary PaytonA Fort Wayne man is in the Marshall County Jail following a traffic stop Sunday morning on US 30 at Iris Road.

 

About 7:45, Officer Les McFarland stopped a vehicle for exceeding the posted speed limit, clocking him at 103 mph. The driver, 28 year old Zachary Payton was believed to be intoxicated. After being transported to the hospital for a chemical test, Mr. Payton was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated on a controlled substance and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
