A Rochester man was arrested last Tuesday afternoon following a traffic stop at South Michigan and Pierce Streets in Plymouth.
49 year old Antonio Pena Jr. was stopped by Plymouth Police Officer Chad Beatty at 1:45 and determined that Pena was driving on a suspended learners permit. He was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on at $255 cash bond.
