Police HandcuffsOfficer Stuart Krynock with the Plymouth Police Department was at the Red Rock Inn Monday night about 9:45 for another issue when he observed 25 year old Christopher Phelps get into a vehicle and drive away.

Phelps, who lives at the motel, was known to the officer to have a suspended driver’s license.

The officer followed the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop in the Kroger parking lot.

Mr. Phelps was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged on a $750 bond and issued a court date of September 13th.
