The Plymouth boys opened up NLC conference play on a night with temps in the high 60’s, no wind, and soft optimal scoring conditions. The visitors from Wawasee took advantage of Pretty Lake Golf Club playing their best of the season. Wawasee beat or tied the Pilgrims at 4 of the 5 positions in route to two NLC victories.

Trips to Goshen tomorrow, Concord next Tuesday, and Memorial next Wednesday make for an uphill challenge as we have to face NLC favorites Northridge and Warsaw at neutral courses next week. The NLC conference tournament is at McCormick Creek in Nappannee on May 21st.
The Plymouth JV picked up two victories tonight. Curtis Smith fired a career best 40, Trevor Danielson carded a 43, Chapman Yoder 44, Caleb Gawronski 46, Bryce Carmichael 51, Dylan Johnson 53, Tyler Newton 60.
The Pilgrims play only one home match the rest of the season. Senior night vs SB St Joe starts at 5pm on May 25th.
