Sydnee Smith led the Pilgrim’s offense, earning three hits, 4 RBIs and 3 steals. The team had a total of 24 stolen bases in the game. On defense Jena Downs made a pivotal backhanded catch from a line drive and then made the double play at third with Shayla Noble to end the game with a win. Josie Koontz was at the mound for 6 innings for the Pilgrims. While Grace Allmon stepped in for 1 inning. The win brings the JV Pilgrim’s record to 8-9 on the year.
