Highlights: The JV Pilgrim’s came back with a huge 6th inning after falling behind early in the game. Megan Kersey and Sydnee Smith lead the Pilgrims at the plate. Megan had 2 doubles with 3 RBIs, while Sydnee had a well placed triple down the first base line with 3 RBIs as well. On defense Shayla Noble and Megan Kersey had a pivotal double play and Katlin Jones made an amazing shoelace catch in right. Grace Allmon started off the game for 3 innings with 2 strike outs. And Josie Koontz pitched the remaining innings for the Pilgrims with 1 strike-out. The win brings the JV Pilgrim’s record to 4-4 on the year. They will play Goshen, away, on Monday April 25th. Game starts at 5:30.
