A Plymouth man was arrested Sunday afternoon for leaving the scene of an accident and operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license.
Sunday afternoon about 4:30 city police were dispatched to the Quick Clean Laundromat at 815 West Jefferson Street in reference to a hit and run.
After speaking to several witnesses and a family member, Officer Jeremy Enyart was able to identify the suspect at 37 year old Isual Granados-Mendoza. City officers located Mendoza at 1018 West Adams Street and took him into custody. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $2,250 cash bond.
