MugShot_Rafael Luva OrtizAbout 1 o’clock in the morning on Saturday, April 23rd, the Marshall County Dispatch Center received a call of a possibly impaired driver who was swerving all over the roadway.

Marshall County Police Officer Wozniak locate the suspect vehicle on State Road 17 near Redwood Road and observed it swerving all over the roadway, crossing over the center dividing line and going off the road into the grass.   A traffic stop was initiated and the driver, 47 year old Rafael Luna-Ortiz of Plymouth was found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated.   He was booked in the Marshall County Jail and held on a $4,505 cash bond.
