Arrested_handcuffA Plymouth man was arrested Thursday morning about 6:45 after city police were dispatched to a vehicle stopped in the roadway.

Officer Tim Taberski located the vehicle on the US 30 exit ramp to State Road 17. The driver, 22 year old Jonathan M. Mizer appeared to be passed out with the vehicle running and in gear.

Mr. Mizer was eventually awaken and officers located a powdery substance and syringes inside the vehicle.

Miser was transported to the Plymouth Hospital and when released he was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Operating While Intoxicated on a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance. His bond was set at $1,500 cash and his initial court hearing will be June 7th in Marshall Superior Court II.
