Pretzels Inc. was granted a replat of lot 10 at 2910 Commerce Street during Tuesday night’s Plymouth Plan Commission meeting.
In negotiations on the sale of the property the purchase agreement required Pretzels Inc. to replat the drainage easement into the property parcel for the facility.
Jerry Chavez, Director of the Marshall County Economic Development Corporation told members the detention pond was up-sized to allow for potential growth of up to 135,000 square feet.
The fenced in detention pond sits directly to the west of the facility.
The replat just brings the drainage easement into the parcel where the building site. Bringing the detention pond onto the property will require Pretzels Inc. to control and maintain the dentition pond.
The Plymouth Plan Commission unanimously approved the replat.
