Plymouth Police Department Detective Jim Cox has a suspect in the ATM skimmer crime that happened at the 1st Source Bank ATM machine located in the Pilgrim Place Mall.
The male subject is seen in video surveillance attaching the skimming devices on September 10th and September 11th about 7 a.m. each morning. Both days the suspect came back just before noon to check on the device before there were located by a customer.
