The Plymouth School Board will convene for a regular scheduled meeting as well as an executive session on Tuesday, October 4. The regular meeting, open to the public, will begin at 7:00 P.M. in the Administration Board Room.
Among other agenda items, the Board will consider a signage request for Menominee Elementary School; revisions to the 2016 Corporation Handbook; revisions to the PCSC Classified Employee Guidelines and staff conditions of employment; and ratification of the master contract.
The Board will hear a report on enrollment for the entire corporation and individual schools. The State of Indiana conducts a count of students each September that, in part, sets the amount of reimbursement of funds.
They will also consider adoption of the Bus Replacement Plan and the Capital Project Plan for 2017.
Student trip requests include a PHS yearbook staff out of state trip to the Fall Yearbook Workshop at Western Michigan University and PHS FFA overnight trip to the FFA National Convention in Indianapolis.
