Plymouth held its’ first Indoor/Outdoor/Pool volleyball event on Saturday June 25th.

The tournament was a huge success. Teams competing included Clinton Prairie, Herron, Fountain Central, North Miami, Argos, Culver, Mishawaka, South Bend Career Academy, and two Plymouth teams.
A strong group of upper classmen for Plymouth finished 4-0 on the day to win the indoor tournament, while a younger group from Plymouth played well and finished 2-2 on the day.
Leading the way for Plymouth were Makenzie Scheetz, Mercedez Bastardo, and Kenzie Quissell in hitting. Bailey Eveland was the top assist player. Leah Smith and Quissell blocked well at the net and Ashley Harrell led the team in defensive digs. All the Plymouth players served very accurate and aggressive.
After the indoor tournament, the teams ate lunch and then headed to the park sand courts for some more volleyball. After a couple of hours of VB in the sun the girls were given access to the public pool  to finish the day.
