Driving Under the InfluenceTuesday morning about 11, the Plymouth Police Department received a call of a driver swerving all over the roadway, north bound on Oak Drive near Markley.  Assistant Chief Mark Owen was in the area and observed the orange Nissan passenger car commit several traffic infractions.

Chief Owen pulled the vehicle over and Officer Derek Workman took over the traffic stop.

25 year old Elisabeth Trevino of Plymouth was arrested for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated on a Controlled Substance.  She was lodge in the Marshall County Jail on a $2,000 cash bond.
