29 year old Christopher S. Cooley who is homeless was arrested Tuesday morning about 10:30 for the July 25th burglary of a residence in the 5000 block of Quince Road.
County Police Officer Jonathan Bryant and officers with the Plymouth Police Department located Cooley in Plymouth and arrested him without incident.
He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail awaiting formal charges.
