ArrestedPlymouth Police arrested a local man following an altercation of the Red Rock Inn on North Michigan Street early Sunday morning.

City officers responded to the motel at 3:52 Sunday for a subject yelling inside one of the rooms.

Officers learned that an altercation had taken place near room 128.  During their investigation 26-year-old Otho Troy Pulluaim of Plymouth was arrested for Battery with a Deadly Weapon and Strangulation. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail Sunday on a $1,505 cash bond.

 

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
