33 year old Nathan Houin of Plum Street in Plymouth was arrested on Saturday, February 27th for Public Intoxication. Mr. Houin was found to be creating a disturbance at the Conservation Club House about 4:30. He was lodged in the County Jail by Plymouth Police Officer Matt Emenhiser.
Sunday morning just after 8 Plymouth Officer Steve DeLee arrested 27 year old Martin Ramos Cazares of Plymouth for Operator Never Licensed. Cazares was stopped for speeding on Pioneer Drive and did not have a driver’s license.
Monday evening Officer Emenhiser was dispatched to the Marshall County Probation Department for a suspect having an active warrant for a probation violation. 31 year old Kristopher Rogers of Winamac transported to the Marshall County Jail for the warrant. He is also being held for a failure to appear warrant out of Elkhart with no bond.
38 year old Toledo Linberger of Fort Wayne was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on Monday evening following a traffic stop at Michigan and Skylane Drive. Officer Ben McIntyre stopped Linberger for a traffic violation and determined he had never received a driver’s license.
