The American Red Cross relies on the work of dedicated volunteers every day, with over 90% of its workforce made up of volunteers. The Red Cross invites the public to be a part of the lifesaving work it does and to sign up to volunteer at our next volunteer recruitment event, April 26th at the Plymouth Public Library, 201 N Center St, from 5:30 – 7:30 pm.

Nearly 330,000 volunteers serve the organization, helping staff blood drives, volunteering to help military families, teaching people lifesaving skills such as First Aid and CPR, responding to home fires in the middle of the night and so much more.
