Over the weekend the 8th grade girls volleyball team participated in the Edgewood Tourney. After a slow start and dropping the first games to Wawasee the girls improved play and were competitive with a strong Schmucker team but lost in two. In the first round of pool play they faced Wabash. After exchanging the lead multiple times the Redstorm fell short 16-25 and 24-25. Even thought he scores were not what we had hoped for there was plenty of improvement and a lot of experience gained! Come check us out at home this week on Tuesday against New Prairie with 7th grade starting at 5:30pm and the 8th grade following. Also on Wednesday the Lady Restorm take on Laville at 5:00pm (7th start and 8th grade follow.)
